  4. Add onion capsicum tomato salt and small onion in the same oil. Sauté for 5 mins in low flame. Add 5 tsp water mix it well and now add fried eggs. Cover eggs with this masala close the lid and wait for 1-2 mins.
  5. Now switch off stove. Ready for serving. Garnish with spring onion or coriander leaves.
